| 深圳市南山区为丰富城市内涵，提升城市服务水平，完善城市配套设施，将于南山区深圳湾后海填海区建设区级体育中心——深圳湾体育中心。该体育中心除满足群众日常使用需求外，还将作为深圳市承办2011年第26届世界大学生运动会的主要体育建筑群。 为提高体育中心设计水平、改变以往以纪念空间塑造为主的设计取向，增强体育中心与周边城市街区的功能互动，以并为深圳湾十五公里滨海休闲带增姿添彩，深圳湾体育中心建设指挥部受南山区政府委托，开展本次设计方案国际征集活动。 本次方案征集活动内容包括： 1、体育中心详细蓝图设计 2、体育场、体育馆、游泳中心和运动员接待服务中心的建筑方案设计 3、其他主要商业运营设施的建筑方案设计 报名时间：2007年7月8日—2007年7月22日。应征单位须提供含报名表、资格预审申请及相关文件的特快专递作为正式报名材料。时间以邮件到达深圳邮戳时间为准。报名及参与详细事宜，请下载以下文件，并依据要求参加。 附件：  请点击下载 （7.3M） 字串3 ■ 应征单位须知 （Rules and Procedures） ■ 报名表及资格预审申请表 （Registration and Pre-Qualification Application Form） ■ Shenzhen & Nanshan Overview 深圳市南山区深圳湾体育中心建设指挥部 二〇〇七年七月五日 Public Notice of an International Design Competition for Shenzhen Bay Sports Center in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City In order to promote urban amenity, improve service level, and enhance public facilities of Nanshan District in Shenzhen City, a district-level sports center, Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, is under programming to be constructed in Houhai sea-infilled area in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City. Not only to meet the requirement of public use, this sports center will also accommodate the need of hosting the 26th Universiade-Shenzhen in 2011 as the main facilities. For the purpose of upgrading design quality, boosting the interaction between the sports center and the surrounding area, and beautifying the 15-kilometer-long seaside recreational belt by Shenzhen Bay, commissioned by Nanshan District Government, an international competition is going to be organized. Both excellent domestic and foreign design companies and institutes are welcome to join this competition, and a pre-qualification procedure will be applied to all applicants. 字串4 Content of competition: 1. Site Plan for the Sports Center; 2. Architectural Design Proposals for the Stadium, the gymnasium, the swimming center, and the service center for athletes; 3. Architectural Design Proposals for necessary commercial and management facilities. Application date begins on July 8th, 2007; ends on July 22nd, 2007(postmarked deadline). Application submission should consist of Application Form, Registration and Pre-qualification Application Form, and related materials, all of which should be formal materials by express mail service. The application date will be the postmarked date of arrival in Shenzhen.
