职位一、项目经理 PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
The Project Manager will assist in the process of delivering 3d renderings and virtual reality animations.
• Manage project scope, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, and all projects are successfully delivered on time, meeting objectives, and within budget
• Link between artists and studio AE’s on a strategic level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, determine timelines, assist with questions regarding projects
• Responsible for communicating U.S. project manager objectives to the team of artists working on the assigned projects
• Manage large-scale, complex and multiple projects
• Responsible for keeping the accounting department updated with project finances 字串1
• Prepare written documentation, including timelines, meeting agendas, conference reports and deliver to team members and Supervisors
　o Provide the Project Weekly Report on a weekly basis to Supervisor
• Set and keep project plans and milestone events, post documents and images for PM review, report on meetings, and assign tasks to the required departments
• Meet with Sr. CPM and Director of Production Services to plan projects
• Partner with production teams to develop and deliver creative solutions for projects and to ensure quality and accuracy requirements are met
• Review project update daily
　o Review project update daily to ensure artists have sufficient information to do the work.
　o Ensure that all project update requests and responses are reviewed by the studio/artists
　o Ensure project update is updated at the end of each day.
• Review rendering samples for accuracy and consistency
　　·L1 – Sample image – model confirmation 字串9
　　·L2 – Approve camera angles, minor lighting, effects and materials
　　·L3 – Lighting, materials, landscape
　　·L4 – Final high resolution image
• Review sample images before artists leave office to ensure all requests sent in edits have been done correctly
• Review animation samples (Story-boards, Animatics, Still frames, Final Animation)
• Ensure productive and positive communications exist between project managers and studio.
• Maintaining a set standard, appropriate level of customer service

Requirements:
• Minimum of College degree, art or architecture related preferred.
• Great teamwork spirit, interpersonal relationships, self motivated, responsible, good listener, and patient
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar field

Job Description:
The Project Manager Assistant will assist the Project manager in the process of delivering 3d renderings and virtual reality animations.
• Upload and download files
• Submitting files to the necessary departments (artists, AE’s, etc.)
• Managing production of work ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, and all deliverables are successfully delivered on time, meeting objectives, and within budget
• Prepare written documentation, including timelines, meeting agendas, conference reports and deliver to team members and Supervisors
• Partner with CPM to develop and deliver creative solutions for projects and to ensure quality and accuracy requirements are met
• Review rendering samples for accuracy and consistency
　　·L1 – Sample image – model confirmation
　　·L2 – Approve camera angles, minor lighting, effects and materials
　　·L3 – Lighting, materials, landscape
　　·L4 – Final high resolution image
• List any items or questions the artist may have on the projects before artists leave office to ensure CPM can find a realistic solution or ask the U.S. PM.
